Lacey Bug is at 38 days and getting bigger by the day. She is just laying around and only getting up to eat and go outside to go potty. As soon as I sit down she is on my lap. She is such a little lover. I can already feel her puppies in her belly. I'm afraid she will have a large litter.
She is not a picky eater. But... she has not eaten her dry food for several days now. I have to mix it up with cottage cheese and liver. Then she will eat it and even lick the bowl.

Hang in there Lacey Bug, you don't want to lose your girlish figure permanently! I've never tried the liver with cottage cheese. I'll bet she really likes that.

Yes I agree. They seem to know when to stop eating the dry food and wait for the good stuff.

Remi is due tomorrow and she's expectng 4. Teddi is due 10 days after her. Can't type too well. Like an idiot I stuck my hand down to break up a fight and someone bit clean through my nail! Oh Lord Amen to that...you should see my thread in the contributing members section...:rolleyes: I'm having problems of my own with fighting girls. Ugghhh...what is it about these yorkies?? You love them to death but BOY can they bitches when they want to!! :rolleyes:

Ouch! I thought I was the only one who was breaking up fights. It started with Coco's pregnancy, and now she just doesn't like Bizzy Bee anymore. I have to keep them separated because there is so much difference in size. Coco nailed me once too. That took forever to heal and HURT! Sorry, I hope all our girls settle down after the puppies are gone.

Trust me your not the only one!! Fancy has been attacking little Tinkerbell!!! She won't bite her but she goes after her and scares her to death!!! I have to keep them seperated also. It's all these hormones! and hot weather..haha!

Wow that must have hurt.
I had two females constantly fighting. So bad we had to keep them separated all the time. If they were in the same room for more then 30 seconds they would go at each other. I ended up giving one my little girls (Sugar Bee) to a good friend that had two other yorkies. She is doing so good there. But... I really really miss her even though I see her all the time. I was just so afraid one or both of my girls would get hurt or kill each other.

i guess i should be thankful! pebbles never attacked anything or anyone when she was pregnant. she did go after my cat when he got a little too close the the puppies last week... but hes bigger than her.. so he wasnt exactly afraid..

I've been fighting computer viruses for a couple days (THANK goodness, sil is into computers) and my sis came to visit. She reminded me that her Pepper is due this month, too!

And also to say that Lacey Bug is six weeks along today. :D She is still just laying around not very active, following me everywhere. She is getting so big, I cant believe she still has 3 more weeks to go. The time is going so SLOW.

I was just like you before Ruby's puppies. Time went soooo slow. And the moms look soooo big. We just want to do it for them, Ha.

YES I just feel so sorry for them. You get to thinking how and why did I do this to her. Then you see them with their puppies and it makes it all worth it. :thumbup:
