| ![]() I dont think anyone is questioning the product. For all i know it may be fabulous!! This really is about the customer service. After this thread came out i received a PM from them stating they "tried" to contact me on Nov 3rd telling me to call their 800 number and that i must have not got it. I did receive the message and i DID call them...how do they think i knew there had to be a 75$ minimum to order? ![]() When it was brought up to admin that it was a coupon rather than a prize...personally, i thought it was tacky for them to say that Capt Noonie and I "misunderstood". I would have had more respect for them if they just came out and said "it was a mistake, we're sorry and its now a gift certificate". In this recent PM to me they did state they do want to speak with me and find out what product I would like...but i really do not want it at this point. Jen, if i remember correctly you have used their products before and was really happy and satisifed with them. I am more than willing to donate my prize to you if that is possible?? I dont know if that is against the rules or not...but if its ok and you are willing...I'd be happy knowing that at least someone is enjoying it.

| ![]() i just wanted to add something in general about prize giving and/or getting. I have had no trouble with getting prizes, but i did have a person win one of mine and for weeks i contacted her telling her i was happy to do several things for her pup from my site. she just never picked and finally said to just forget about it. it hurt my feelings a little bit that my prize was never sent to anyone, but i got over it and i really hope that she's not upset that she never got her prize. but you can only ask so many times what someone wants before you give up. anyways i'm glad you posted this and we all know a little more about the vendor and it's nice to see an applogy from the vendor as well. |
