i just wanted to add something in general about prize giving and/or getting. I have had no trouble with getting prizes, but i did have a person win one of mine and for weeks i contacted her telling her i was happy to do several things for her pup from my site. she just never picked and finally said to just forget about it. it hurt my feelings a little bit that my prize was never sent to anyone, but i got over it and i really hope that she's not upset that she never got her prize. but you can only ask so many times what someone wants before you give up. anyways i'm glad you posted this and we all know a little more about the vendor and it's nice to see an applogy from the vendor as well. |
