Two weeks is slightly exaggerated. I have waited 10 days for arrival from vendors who had the item 'in stock'. And consider that the calculation of 10 days is stretched considering you immediately pm'd for the item as soon as for sale thread posted.
Something to consider. Pls also consider rules of YT:

this goes back way before 3/25...your facts are once again confused...and yes approach is almost everything...honesty counts too

But the fact is, I would not pay $50+ for my Yorkie outfits. But if there are online options I would buy the same outfits for much less. No local boutique (if there was one near me) is losing any money because I just would not pay those prices. If some are continuously browsing in their local boutiques, then I think they need to occasionally purchase something there. I do agree that they should not be used over and over and then buy somewhere else. But, I doubt most buying from this vendor are really doing that. Most probably see a cute outfit and she has reasonable prices, so they buy it. I just bought some great natural dog treats online here from another member. The price was way less than the boutiques would charge for the same quality and quantity of natural treats along with a squeaky toy. I sure would never complain to her to raise her prices!

Another thing.... I think "about a month" is not a long time when you are talking online orders. There are several of the YT vendors that will take 4-6 weeks and sometimes longer to get their apparell out to you. If we were talking medical supplies and needed them immediately maybe that would not be acceptable, but a dog hoodie ..... we ought to be able to wait a few weeks especially for a really good price. But, that is just my opinion. Everybody has one and mine is no more right or wrong than the next one. But we have probably beat this poor vendor over the head enough. She has said she will send the refund and the OP will have her money NLT the 27th. What more can we ask of her? (except the raising prices part, that is!)

These were my EXACT thoughts. Great posting. I think Adrianna's prices are very fair, and that not everyone can afford to spend 50 bucks on dog clothes. I CAN but if I can get a good deal, why not? I think that is insane that this whole debate is over 20 dollars! It wasnt a 500 dollar order!! I understand it is principal, but Adrianna was sick, her poor GUCCI had kennel cough AND she was moving. Can't a little patience be extended?

I wasn't even going to respond here because I cannot stand drama, but this is going in a whole different direction. I find it ridiculous that my prices are being ridiculed because others cannot compete with them... I am here on YT because this is a fun place for me. I sell people items to offer the best prices I can. If you cannot offer the same or are not willing to, that is NOT my fault. I am not here to gain respect from Sellers & X-Sellers who have none for me as stated earlier. I only aim to please my customers, they matter to me... not people who "dislike" me because my prices are lower than theirs. I am a kind, loving, caring, and drama free person .. those who know me, know that. Those who don't care to get to know me and would rather spend time disliking someone they don't know... be my guest... I don't mind one bit.

For those that are requesting higher prices : if you decide you would like something from me, I will be sure to markup at 185% rather than the 100% I am required... is that fair enough?

Buyers have the right to purchase or not purchase an item if they want, no matter what the price may be. Sellers are expected to list items appropriately and fairly. Members are also able to set what payment methods they accept. We do believe sellers should ship items within a week of receiving payment, unless it is noted in advance that the product is not in stock or that there will be a delay in shipment, however sellers may have their own shipping policies.

After a certain amount of time, buyers do have the right to complain publicly here on YorkieTalk if the seller is not responding to questions regarding tracking numbers or refunds. We do give the seller the right to respond and we hope any situation gets resolved amicably.

I have never got anything from you before, and I don't really know the other person, I do hope things get resolve in the best way posible. I just don't understand why anyone will be complaining about your low prices, specially in times like today with the economy and all that gosh why we most of us shop in Waltmart where is "always low prices"

I do not know u or the buyer personally ...
but as someone that has been in the service and sales for over 30 years.....
This statement makes no sense what so ever....
We all have problem customers and if u can turn them into a pleasure to deal with !
it would mean better success...
In customer relations why bother ackowledging the negative...

Why won't you answer about her address and such? It makes no sense. She sent you a MO that has her address and such ON the mailer and the MO. If it can down to it. I would NOT buy from a seller who did not keep these til after they sen me my money or my items,personel opnion.

LOL. I'm sorry girl, but I just *HAD* to comment on that...it really made me laugh out loud!

I wasn't going to post anymore in this thread either, because I too try to stay out of all the drama...but, I have to agree with you 100% on this, and you know it because I have already told you It really is your business as to what you sell your items for. Obviously, most people are going to buy from whoever has the cheapest prices - especially with the way the economy is today. I don't know TOO many people that will see the same exact item and CHOOSE to buy the one with the higher price tag It's just like shopping for a car - you are going to buy from whichever dealership gives you the best deal. IMO, it's pretty much just common sense on that one.
