I do not know u or the buyer personally ...
but as someone that has been in the service and sales for over 30 years.....
This statement makes no sense what so ever....
We all have problem customers and if u can turn them into a pleasure to deal with !
it would mean better success...
In customer relations why bother ackowledging the negative...
