I am in NO WAY saying that YOU are needing to do that, I'm simply stating that YTCA and AKC are in no way perfect. Neither is PETA.

It does not matter how small you are. What matters is that laws change, and quality of LIFE changes and euthanasia of UNWANTED pets STOPS!

I don't think you will ever see the day where you will not be able to own a pet, and if you believe that you will, that is up to your belief.

I am not trying to change your mind about PETA or HSUS, I myself do not belong to either group, but I can respect those that do, I have a lot in common with both you and them, for starters we all belong to the same forum .

Overall, in threads where I'm in disagreement *with* a member here, I would never call someone this or that or imply they're something quite heinous...it does not foster learning and discussion. It does the opposite...so when a thread goes like that...sorry...I won't "argue" the "argument"...because it's not a discussion at all, at that point. Not getting into this debate...but I will say,after doing much investigating, I will not support PETA nor the Humane Society. My money will go toward animal rescue and education.

That would be Stryker, and he and I are done with the DEBATE as we have very important show business to take care of.

I mentioned that rescues, pet owners, ethical breeders should shoulder the load.

I believe that as long as we continue to be educated, we will be able to continue pet ownership. However, it's an uphill battle for those fighting legislation that is attempting to stamp out pet ownership rights.

I only have a puppy to show Flights out here were hideous--a few people from CA tried to get out there but their flights were cancellend and the only flights they could get rebooked on were for Saturday night.
