She has not called me yet. I dont know what hours she works. so Im still waiting, I tried to stay off the internet as much as I could today so she could call, because I have dialup and I know she cant cal while im on line. i will let you know as soon as I hear some thing. |
Im so sorry to have to report I have not heard from them, My son said she works late and prob just went home and right to bed, I dont know the lady she was talking about, but now I wished I would of got her number from her. I will be gone again today, My little Mickey has to be rechecked for the Crystals that was found in his bladder. but Ill get on when I get back and update it I have heard anything. If not I dont know what to tell you. I really wish I could help. If you lived closer I would take her into my home for you until we found her that forever home. because I know a few people in my area that would love to have her, but I have noway to get her. Im in Ohio. Thats really the only thing I can offer at this time, I know you have plans of going away Saturday. if some way you can get her to me, Id be happy to doggy set and continue to find her a home. |
I just read this whole thread and you're such a good person for saving her !!! If things don't work out and you still need someone I can try to see if I can help too....She's just precious and has probably led such a sad empty life it's just great to see her with someone who cares...she deserves a gappy furture considering all she's been thru... bless her heart |
Lopsi They just came to my house to get your number . She said this lady wants this female so bad, shes going to go give her your number now , so she should be calling you any time now. |
My phone is sitting beside me, and if she does work out, Angel's got a ride at least a little past OKC. :) |

Just checking in to see if they called you yet. I hope they call soon. Yeah we just got back from the vet, I just poasted about it, No Mickeys not and better, but worse now, and hes in so much pain right now, so Im gonna go and be with him, Ill check in when I can, I hope she calls you soon. |

As for spay, if I were going to keep her and didn't have an in tact male, I probably wouldn't get her spayed because my vet is warning against spaying at an older age. But she MUST be spayed if she's going somewhere with boys. :p You know how those boys are! |
Im sorry they havent called you. They sounded so excited and that they was going to call you soon, If they dont call by tomorrow I would just try to rehome her with some one else. I dont know what else to say, because I really thought she would call by now. |

If you surrender her to a yorkie rescue, she would get the medical attention she needs and there screening process is very strick, she would only go to a good home. The problem with you rehoming her out of state is you REALLY dont know what these people are like. People can sound nice on the phone and even in person. But you never know what they are really like. The rescues actually interview each applicant very throughly.. She needs to get going to a forever home, before she becomes to attached to your family, considering that she wont be staying with you. JMO.:D |
We're getting to the point that we'll probably have to do that. Can you tell me about the rescue that you're talking about? And give me some info? Hubby and I discussed it last night - if she's not gone by Tuesday, we're gonna have to turn her over to someone else. And we don't foresee anyone wanting her in the next couple of days since they haven't yet.... |
Im so sorry that lady never called, ill have to ask my friend whats up with that, she could of at least called and said she changed her mind orwhat ever. Im sorry. I hope someone comes forward and post that they would love to give this baby a good home and make her apart of their family, I will pray that this happens soon. |

You're right to do it soon; I know ya'll and Angel are getting attached to each other. Wait much longer, and it'll be a painful experience. I wish I could take her, but we're about to have 3 dogs, and that is definately our limit right now in time and space. She just sounds so sweet though. . . Good luck, hey love to see some updated pictures. It's been a few days, (and of course if you have the time) ;) . |
LOL Right after I posted my last post, we went out to potty, and someone in the apartment complex fell in love with Angel. They're "discussing it".... They had fun playing with my crew, too... I'll try to post pics later :) We got groomed again yesterday! All of us! |
