Just checking in . I hope she finds a great home soon. |
I just got an email from my aunt. She is still thinking about it. She said "I am going back and forth." she really wants to do this but she is afraid of health issues, etc. I can understand that. But I think it is weighing heavy on her heart. She said she will call you once she makes up her mind, she just hasn't commited one way or the other yet. In the mean time, if you find another home, we all understand the situation and she will not be mad if you go that route. all in all, she and I both know that what is meant to be will be. and I am sure that it will be a happy ending for "Angel" no matter what!! However, in a selfish kind of way...I do kinda hope my aunt will take her :) this way I can still be a part of Angel's life even though I can't take her :) |
I just read this today, I hope you find her home, you are so sweet for taking her in. I wish I could take her but Im maxed out too with the size of my tiny house. Let me know if I can help out with anything. If it helps to raise money to cover the money that you spent on vet bills, grooming etc I could do a fundraiser on my website. :) |

Well darn I was hoping when I checked in today that she might have found her forever home...too bad the YT train cant get to Canada!! She could have a nice spot on my couch!! Dawn |

Me, too. If only someone would come up and say, "I WANT her! Let's do what it takes to get her here!" We've also now learned that we're going to be in temporary housing longer than we thought - our house will NOT be done by June, but we're hoping by July. Which really puts us in even more of a bind and kinda upsets me since now I won't get my daughter back before her birthday :( Oh well, we're still going to throw her a big party, even if it's August before she comes home. |
I just read this thread, and I think "Angel" is the perfect name for this little sweetie. She had such a sad look, but I could see such a difference once she got some pampering and is being taken care of. She sounds like such a good little girl. You have done a wonderful thing for her, you saved her life! I'm in Ohio and can't take her, but I would be willing to help in any way I can. I really hope this baby gets a home soon! |

I cant take her but I am willing to help drive her if we have a YT train. If someone wants her in cali I can always pick her up from the AZ boarder or something. just let me know. |

Im still looking for a good home for the female Beagle my Hubby rescued thats was starving to death, she is now very heavy. lol and loving the attention she is getting,but she is still very scared, someone must of beat her. because when you come up to her she drops and will crawl to you. poor baby, but once she sees your not going to hurt her That little tail goes crazy. But we have 4 dogs of our own, so I know how you feel. We also have a stray female that just had kittens under our house, so we will be looking for homes for those too. lol |

well, I just got another email from my aunt. she said ".....I still have not called Khris back, I don't know if she still has her or not..." I said "yep, she does ;) ) I know she is thinking long and hard about it which means that she is going to make the right decision, one way or another. If it is meant to be for her to have this dog, it will happen. I am hoping that either way, someone comes along soon. I know this has got to be hard and stressfull for you. I will also post it in another forum I am part of.... |

I have new pictures to post after my final tonight. It seems that my precious 2 YEAR (not "day") old yorkie has realized that Angel is lactating and has decided to start nursing.... :eek: |
