Please help Emma find a forever home

I have all the postings to emma read and it's unbelievable. Amanda, Danica and others have offered to help!

Is it not more important that emma finally found a good home in which she also is loved? I believe that that you feed and care for Emma, but what is with affection and love to her? Emma feels that she are not welcome and loved.
It's just about the damn money.
I can not believe it. Emma must finally get a proper home, such as this should go on? How sad is all this!

Teiya , Are you not doing the same thing to Emma by posting her for sale KSL.COM with not being spayed. How can you be so sad about these other dogs when you just need to look in your own home at Emma, I dont get it. You need to stop seeking advise from the Avian Lawyer friend and go with what in your heart....

I just feel so bad for Emma. She just needs to be with someone that loves her and pampers her. It seems the breeder and the buyer were only interested in money. What a shame

You talk a good talk. But, your actions show otherwise. How can you write all this, while you have her listed for sale??? Too bad you don't care for her the way you SEEM to care about you're precious birds. I have no sympathy left for you. I hope she's getting proper care, because you sure don't talk as if you care anything about this dog that got "DUMPED" at your door (that really upsets me)

Spaying her would be altering and/changing a dog that was advertised here on YT as a breeding dog and would nullify my case against the breeder. We all know she's not, but our opinions don't always count. Courts treat animals as property and not as a living creature. I know it's not fair, but it's how the legal system works. This information as stressed heavily to me today, so it's something I need to take into consideration.

I WILL keep everyone abreast of everything I find out and everything that we do regarding Emma.

I don't understand the reason for posting a for sale ad if you say you have to hold on to Emma for "evidence" in a court case......And again you can't have her spayed because it would "alter" the evidence for your court case..

If that is the case then everyone is wasting their time until the courts make a decision.....so does that mean Emma's in the dog house for a while with you?? ....how sad for Emma...

Even a Avian friend lawyer isn't going to continue for free. Court appearances and all. No way. And why is it that you won't have this thread closed. Now that things are clearly coming to light on real motives, I advise that you just might want to do that.
Can you possibly understand how people here are starting to get aggravated and feeling stressed over this? This was suppose to be all about Emma. Somewhere down the line it seems you changed that. Time to fight your own battles....I think.

SHAME SHAME SHAME MS BOARD OF DIRECTORS. Hope nobody from the AVIAN rescue in other areas see what a true patrion you really are..And there are alot of people on YT that own Birds. Im one of them....I know the Avian rescue here in Dallas....

Nothing that you posted above rings true when two days ago you relisted Emma for sale. It looks as though you never had any intentions of taking up Amanda on her offer - nor have your intentions ever been about what is best for Emma, only what is best for you and your wallet.

Gina - there is an attorney on YT and I've PMd her to see if she has any insight into the spaying issue. I don't know if she'll be able to offer an opinion, but I will wait and see.

If Emma can indeed be spayed, I do hope that you will get her to Amanda asap. When a person has a dog in their house and talks about that dog as "being dumped on my doorstep" - it becomes an emergency to get that dog out of the environment. I understand your disappointment and your emotional reactions to this situation - but I TRULY WISH you would allow Emma to leave your home asap, and get her to Amanda. I am not implying in any way that she is being mistreated, but she is definitely absorbing all of the feelings you are having about this situation and all of the feelings of being a "dump" and unwanted as a dog.

Won't you please do what's right for this dog?

AMEN Mod, glad you saw a few things. Anyway you think you might close this thread? I feel too much has gone on to be any longer involved in so many untruths. Meaning both breeder/buyer. Thank you also for agreeing with me that Emma most certainly feels that friction in the home.
I hope that the OP contacts Amanda after reading the most recent posts.
I can't understand the for sale posting. Sure someone can come to the house and see her and want her. AND PAY MONEY!! How do you know that person will care for her in the proper manner in which she needs. And if that person has no experience with Yorkies? I can see a heartbreak coming. And so angry that this even came to the board. Everyone is feeling it.
