| Need tee shirts/tank tops for a bigger girl This is actually for my lhasa apso girl Tallulah . I took her to the groomers today and they SHAVED her gorgeous, floor length coat I am in tears right now honestly. I had just brushed through her coat last night, said she had a few mats that I wanted them to remove professionally as not to ruin her coat -- I showed them exactly where they were. They said not a problem at all. I come back to get her and she was shaved right down to the skin, and they cut nearly all of her topknot and beard off. Long story short, I need to find some tee shirts or tank tops for a size 16" chest that I can get in a hurry and didn't know if anyone had any to sell. She weighs 15 lbs so this might be a long shot. She's literally cut so far down that she'll be sun burnt if I don't put something on her If anyone has suggestions on where to go for shirts in her size that I can get quickly that would be great too, thank you everyone! |

I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | Oh Kristen I am so sorry that they did this girl! I totally understand how upset you are and I would be the exact same way. Give sweet Tallulah a big hug for me and even though they shaved all her hair off (darn them!!! ) I'm sure she still looks absolutely beautiful I hope you are able to find her some cute things sweetie!

| Aww, I hate it when the groomers don't listen to what you want! I have a 15lb girl also, and it's actually not that difficult finding cute shirts for her. In fact, she has a bigger closet than Ariel You could try Target ... they usually have shirts & dresses in size mediums. |

| OH NO Kristen!!! I do not have anything, but I wanted to give you a big hug! I remember once when Mojo was younger...his coat was pretty long and I told the groomer to take off an inch....I always stay there....and I was doing something, turned around and she had "buzzed" a strip down his back...down to an inch! I was furious!! Needless to say, I did NOT pay and I did NOT go back!

| Thank you guys so much -- I knew all my YT friends would understand! I was so surprised, even my husband was really upset and spoke up about it. Usually he's the more laid back of the two of us so I figured he'd just think I was being overly emotional about the situation. I will have to take a pic for you all and post it in the brother/sister section because even the hair on the top of her head that they left some of is totally hacked all up , my poor baby girl. I know this is probably a weird thing to say, but I really think she's uncomfortable in her own skin since she was shaved down. She is very mopey and low energy and she just seems a little down. I have been trying to tell her how gorgeous she looks so she doesn't pick up on my energy being upset at the situation, but she still is acting oddly. I wonder if it feels differently to her. Anyhow, I really appreciate all the suggestions on everything! I went to my one WalMart but they didn't have her size so I will try another this weekend. I do have a few things she's been wearing, thank goodness. There were a few things she had that were too tight with all of her fur, that now fit so that is a plus. With her coat being so long I stopped buying clothes for her because she would wind up a mess. *big hugs* to everyone <3 |

| I know what you mean, since I got Zippy shaved (sister's yorkie) he's been acting very skiddish. As if his hair was some kind of protective barrier

| I hate when groomers don't listen to our instructions. Hair takes a long time to grow back. Kisses to your little munckin (I'm sure she's still as cute as ever). to the groomer!
