I remember once when Mojo was younger...his coat was pretty long and I told the groomer to take off an inch....I always stay there....and I was doing something, turned around and she had "buzzed" a strip down his back...down to an inch! I was furious!!
Needless to say, I did NOT pay and I did NOT go back!
