I think that Sheila emailed them after her yorkies hair was damaged, but either way I honestly think Lisa would be more than happy to take care of her- if she would tell her what she wanted her to do. I guess the thing that I cant really understand is assuming that they have grown so large? I dont think thats the case at all (it sounds as if she responded to the email rather quickly). The main part of their business has always been through distributors at dog shows, so that hasnt changed, and they have always given me the best customer service and responded to my questions and concerns very quickly, and also have received my shipments faster than anyone. I use the white-on-white on my Maya maltese, and after having tried several shampoos to help her coat stay white, this is the only one that works consistently. And I agree- I guess I am probably a little defensive since being a past business owner I realize you can really damage someone's reputation when ultimately this could have been resolved with a little bit more communication. Whether or not their products are what people expect, I know she cares a huge deal about her business and products and is always continuing to try and improve them (when the formula changed she emailed me explaining why). I really think that this could have been resolved without spreading a "bad" word also, and ultimately you are right the customer does need to be satisfied.

| I agree with Brooke, the customer does need to be satisfied. I may be biased though because I am a retailer of this product. It is very disturbing that you bash it so intently. CC Systems is a huge part of my business and frankly, I am not pleased that these things are being said about a product I stand firmly behind. Many YT members order these products from me and seem to be satisfied. I have already put an email in to the company and have always found their customer service stellar so I expect t hear something tomorrow morning. I will bring up these concerns and try to get some answers. |

| Thanks for the support Brooke! It's tough as a small business owner. I just want to say that I could carry 20 different brands of shampoo on the site. People contact me all the time about their products. I choose to carry CC along with only one other brand. Many people have contacted me to carry other products mentioned on YT and since I don't use them on Chewy and do not know of their effectiveness, I choose to stick with what I know. I want to continue to offer the best, therefore I will continue to offer CC Systems. |

I know the best thing about imapreciouspup is that every product is selected and tested for quality. Luckily it is a business that is contacted frequently to be a retailer of several products and part of the value to the customers is that they know every item they purchase a product, it is always the best.

| Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | I think it's great that you guys know them at CC Systems because I've been using them for over a year now & DO love the shampoo & Conditioner. I'll stand by what I said on the Ice - the first bottle I got was outstanding - not so with the 2nd and I wasn't imagining it.... I know how fast they grew.... but if no one contacted them - how would they ever know what needs to be changed or improved ? I Will continue to use them because I think they have a superior Product Line..... but this thread was helpful for those who use the Oatmeal and didn't know it needed to be shaken. |

| I like cc products too and I think any product over time could have the results like your shampoo did. Nail polish or even mascara thickens up over time and I dont expect the company to replace it. Im not trying to start anything, Im just saying. I personally really like CC ice on ice so I stand behind thier products.

I havent tried too many brushes, bc brushing Rocky's short coat is prety easy (we had some comb and brush from petsmart that we used) and when I grew out Haley's coat I ordered a All Systems #1 pin brush and slicker from MJM when I bought some petsilk t try (which I wasnt crazy about).Well when I got the pin, I wasnt impressed, it kinda hurt. The slicker worked ok, but it wasnt until the groomer (who now comes to our house to groom them) was using his slicker and it actually BRUSHED maya out, I realized Im either doing something wrong or my brush just sucks. Maltese's have very difficult coats (BUT very soft ) so one night I was reading on the maltese forum and it seemed like everyone was trying these brushes and couldnt stop raving. Im not usually one to cave in, but something told me I needed a whole new grooming set. So, I bought my first metal comb http://www.chrissystems.com/combs.htm #006, which I use for their faces and to brush out mats if neccesary.I bought the 20mm OBLONG pin http://www.chrissystems.com/brushes.htm which I chose on my own, others were recommending the gold series but I also wanted a slicker. I think that the 27 mm are too large- so Im glad I got the 20mm and its amazing. I actually did that "pin" test: It is true!http://www.chrissystems.com/tiptest.htm and then I got the Mark II slicker http://www.chrissystems.com/slickers.htm which is SO much better than my old slicker- Maya doesnt make noises when I brush her anymore ![]() I couldnt say I like one better than the other, but Im overly impressed with the pin brush! And like I mentioned- that white-on-white and conditioner together sure does the job on Maya! I too have never been overly impressed with the ice on ice, but still use it bc its all I have been able to find.

| Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | WOW Brooke - THAT is a great review & answer !! I have a feeling the brushes I use aren't really getting the job done on Chanel and I'm going to cruise CC site and look - I love hearing how well they work and I know there is different qualities of brushes... but I didn't know it made that big a difference and now I think it does....Thanks so much for the great information... |

I wasn't going to bother to answer this post, but I realize, things do need to be explained. You say I'm mad because they won't send out a FREE bottle? I didn't want a free bottle. I just wanted what I paid for. I've lived well past half a century in this world, I learned long ago, nothing is free. I'm also a kind, caring compassionate person, I've been doing Wildlife Rehab, at MY own expense for over 30 years. This was a current bottle of shampoo. Besides my two Yorkies, (who are in full, long coat) I groom a number of Rescues on MY time, at MY expense, so, I went through 1/3 of a bottle, over 5-6 weeks time, before I made the connection that the shampoo was causing the problems. It was explained to me, that I had apparently used all the oatmeal, so, there was none left to blend into the shampoo. Why get a replacement? Because I have used this shampoo with great results for awhile now, and felt I just had a very poorly mixed bottle. Why should I have to ask them to replace it? In several e-mails we discussed the problem, good customer service would have been for them to send a replacement. I do know a thing or two about customer service. Before my parents deaths, they owned and operated a very successful business for 40 years, and it was all based on good customer service. They resolved problems without a customer asking. I cannot begin to tell you how sorry I am for sharing my experience. I had hoped to spare someone else going through restoring skin and coat. But in all fairness, I have raved about their product in the past, so I feel justified in retracting my reviews. I'm not saying another word.

I have used CC Systems in the past and decided to stick with Pet Silk as I think their products work better for Stewie's coat.

| I ordered my cc when I first came on this site and was hearing such great reviews on the things. Personally,,,,I love it! I guess I never read the label. I ALWAYS shake my products so I have never had problems. I noticed it separated, but it works for me. I really splurged and bought the $$ pricey hand brush that is made in germany. I don't remember the name of it but all it is, is leather with the wonderful rounded tip metal brush. It is so tender on the hair and doesn't pull a bit. Ithink it was like $40. but if I lost it I would definately buy another. It is listed as 'perfect for Yorkie hair' or something like that, and it truely is!! |
