Default buying from "Go Fetch " Experience.

I hate to do this, but I was shown a list of vendors, that sell clothes for puppies, excuse the spelling i am typing with one hand i have a puppy on my arm. i went in to go fetch she said she was having a big sale. On that page she had jammies, mark 8.98. i like good deals. and i accidently clicked twice and with these, viruse protective programs it puts in everything automatically, i thought it was funny she didn't ask me for my name etc. I charged twice through my paypal. so i canceled one. she claims i bought jammies, then ordered a dress. somethings not right. i never got to buy the jammies. i was looking at all kinds of things, she has some cute things. I have never gotten anything from "go fetch before or even now. No dress, she says she waiting for me to send it back, i can't because i don't have it or jammies or anything from go fetch. I thought about betting a lawyer because of the principle. I don't want to hurt her, I bought from her because her name was on yorkietalk as a vendor. I have sent her several private messages, she just keeps saying she is waiting for me to send a dress back. I don't have a dress, red or otherwise. i would not put a red dress on my furbaby. I buy clothes because it keeps her warm. I have been looking on other vendors. I am afraid to buy online from just anyone. I will however buy from bloomingtails, tinkerbellscloset.They are very professional in there business. I'll never buy from her again. or any of my family members. It is hard to get people to buy things online anyway. i know, i have an online shop. Sorry I have heard nice things about her.

I've never dealt with go fetch, I think their prices are outrageous. I order all my stuff either from ebay or from barkindogclothes.com she has super good prices and doesn't charge s*h and ships her stuff out really fast

I have been buying various clothes items from Des for about a year. I have never known Go Fetch to have had anything but PERFECT customer service. Her clothes are often handmade and her attention to detail goes far beyond the average dog clothes retailer. It is like shopping at a fine children's clothing boutique. Her prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. I obviously don't know the specifics of the OP's issue but I can let all know that I hold Go Fetch in the highest regards.

I buy from Go Fetch all the time- you pay for quality clothes- and I've never had a problem- I think you should try to contact Des by phone- she is a great person (i've met her) and is always very easy to deal with. There is clearly a mis understanding.

Everything that comes from Go Fetch is custom made.
Des is easy to work with and want's her customer's to be happy.
It sounds like this should be discussed between the two of you.
I am sure if you send her a pm you can straighten this out, privately.
There's no question in my mind that she won't try and resolve it
when you explain the whole situation to her.
Sorry that happened to you but that's computer's for you.

I havent bought from go fetch yet because I have a new puppy , however in reading about her customer service and seeing her items, I cant wait for laci to grow a bit so I can!! I have read nothing but wonderful things about her and her products.... just waiting for Laci to grow a bit so it last a while....

Your post comes as quite a shock to me as I have had nothing but super experiences buying from Des at go Fetch. This clearly is some kind of a computer mix up. I love doing business with her. In fact, if ever there has been a question (and in my most recent order there was) over something I've ordered, she contacts me right away to be sure of sizing, style etc. I am thrilled to death that Willow & Jake have (I hope ) finally stopped growing and I can spoil them and buy quality clothing from trustworthy vendors like Des!

I agree completely with the above poster. I have been extremely impressed with both Des' products and her customer service.

Sorry to hear of these problems, I have ordered from Go Fetch several times, I have never had a problem. I love the quality of work. I know sometimes mistakes happen, I hope you can get things worked out.

Des's been my babies fashionista for a few years and her service its just simple as A+++ I am sure a lot of members here share the same feelings.
You might have a confusion and I am sure Des verify proof of delivery.

Your right I bet she does have proof of delivery because i remember one time when i ordered from her she said she got my shipping confirmation

I am very sorry that you are having problems - I can sense your frustration. I am also very surprised - Des is long time member and is a very respected Vendor here at YT. I hope that all is resolved quickly and to everyone's satisfaction.

If you haven't all ready, you might consider asking Des to provide shipping details - I believe that she provides delivery confirmations so having her provide this information might resolve a lot of issues.

Please update us on the outcome.

WoW Nancy, I am so very suprised and very UPSET you decided to publicly post this . . .well I am so sorry about your shopping experience but I have put customer service as my main priority from the very moment I started this online business.

So, I guess I will post all the PM exchanges we've had since you called my attention to this RED dress you claim you did not order. I am using different colors to distinguish each message received and sent. Just so everyone knows, the first PM she sent me says "didn't order a red dress" which means she called my attention to a package she recieved in the mail.

Go Fetch you must have gotten my information mixed up with someone else. My address, email,etc. I did not order a dress. I have not gotten a dress. You could have gotten my information mixed up with someone else. My email is ]. My address is . Now I went into your big sale. I ran a craft shop and I know if you get so many orders sometimes things can get mixed. I am willing to just go for a cancelation or to switch the money for something else. I can have my post office tell you I did not get any orders from go fetch. It came out of my bank account. But I did not get any dress or pjs or box or envelope from go fetch.
I am a christian. I attend north rock baptist temple in Topeka kansas. I work with kids. I sing with my husband I am not a crook, I do not try and rip off anyone shop or business. I ran two businesses. So I know how things can get when you are selling items. You must have a lot of business because you have such cute clothes. Do you sew these yourself. I found patterns from McCalls that have the pjs,shirts, that you have on your website. I may have selected a number that I thought was the pjs with ice cream treats. but this is the one I selected. it was pink and you had it on sale. Molie is only two lbs.
I was trying to get clothes for her to help keep her warm. I did not buy a dress although they are cute I don't dress her to just dress her. I try and get things that will keep her warm. I bought some of those panties and bloomingtails in New york. because she dribbles at times. and these work well. Now I am not sure how we can take care of this. Since you already have the money and shipping fee. I can select something else. I have bought on line before petco's I know how to order on line. I have banners for walmarts,target,etc. on my shop pages. I do know how to order things online. I remember you said something about leaving about the time I ordered the pjs. And now I see they are 20.00 ea. I could send you more money to get the pjs. the shipping should be the same.
