I dont' think putting her e-mail, her name, address, and everything else on here for everyone to see is being very professional! And if that were me, I would be highly pissed!!!!!

phfgkl- i dont' think Des did that on purpose- i'm sure she was just copying and pasting- I pm'd her to notify that it probably wasn't the best idea.

I have ordered from Des many times over the last two years - dresses, vests, PJs and nighties. They are excellent quality, adorable and I have always been happy with what I've ordered. Her prices on many items are comparable to other YT vendors. Her custom made dresses may be a little higher but they are embroidered and very detailed. Not everyone offers custom embroidering like she does. She does always return PMs very quickly, especially during weekdays. She always does her best to communicate with the buyer to make sure things fit right and that it's exactly what the buyer wants. I got to meet Des in person last summer and she's very nice and would never screw someone over. I know if she did make a mistake shed make if right, but this sounds like the buyer made a mistake. Go.fetch has wonderful items and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her

I have purchased from Des (belly bands) and I can tell you she is an impeccable seller. And I truly mean impeccable.

To the OP, it's too bad you've had this experience and I hope it can be resolved.

I think Des makes some beautiful clothing for our pups.I have not ordered from her because my finances are tight,but I would so love to.I agree you can't gripe over quality and this is what she provides,beautiful quality clothing period.

However as a business person I do not think it wise to stoop to another person's level to prove a point to us,when honestly I see no where she said she recieved anything, maybe neither of you were clear in the beginning(to me anyway)but that was wrong to post her addy and full name, you could have deleted that part.This is a public forum.

Your work,quality,honesty speaks for itself and many know you here either by being repeat shoppers or personally,and that should be enough.Leave the dirt slinging where it belongs Ladies.
