I am very sorry that you are having problems - I can sense your frustration. I am also very surprised - Des is long time member and is a very respected Vendor here at YT. I hope that all is resolved quickly and to everyone's satisfaction.
If you haven't all ready, you might consider asking Des to provide shipping details - I believe that she provides delivery confirmations so having her provide this information might resolve a lot of issues.
