In the morning the rest of the pee is on the towel and I throw it away. The only time I spray NM and use my cleaner right away is when it's poo and as soon as it is all clean then I spray again with NM and leave it cover over night. But with this recipe I have saved a lot of money with 3 lil pee pee boys

| I would like to hear from the steam cleaning people as to how you used it. 1. Did you first sprayed it with a spray bottle all over? 2. If you use a spray bottle do you spray before steaming or after? 3. Or did you use it in the steam clear's solution bottle or in the clean water area? Thanks for any info. on this

| Donating YT 4000 Club Member | I can only add my 2 cents- I use a bissel spot bot and put it full strenth in the water tank. Loved it so much that I went out and bought 4 more big bottles of the hydrogen peroxide to have on hand.

Thanks for your reply, I also have the bissel spot bot but right now it is not working right. The water tank is not releasing the water but the rest working just fine, I just have to use spray bottles to wet the carpet then pick it up with the bissel. I wonder if I can take it to get fixed, because the rest of it still works just fine.

| Thanks for sharing this recipe! Question has anyone used this one ceramic tiles, does it leave a residue, and do I have to make a fresh batch each time or can I keep it in a spray bottle to do quick cleans when they just peed? |

| So I was thinking... after vacuuming, should I soak the "problem areas" with the cleaner first, then steam clean with a carpet shampooer OR should I just put this recipe in the steam cleaner OR should I shampoo first, then soak with the recipe?

| I'm going to have to try this! I wonder if you mixed it up in a bottle, how long it lasts for? |

| I use borax and it really works. I dampen the spot with warm water then pour borax on the spot. Let it sit until it dries. Then pick up the dried mound of borax-- (it will be hard) and vacuum. You may need to do it a few times. It pulls up the urine from deep in the carpet. The clumps will even be a light yellow from the urine when they dry.

| way earlier in the posts they said you use it in the steam cleaner IN PLACE of the water. You cannot save the mix. Use up your batch and make fresh every time. It DOES NOT store. This grade of hydrogen peroxide WILL NOT discolor or fade your carpet.
