| review--tinerbells bed and robe I just recently purchased items from tinkerbells closet. I think the website has some really cute things but I am disapointed. I bought the bed for $40. It is supposed to have a front end that stands up and the dogs can burrow in. Well the front never stands up and my dog really hasn't seen how he gets in it. He won't even use it. The robe I bought is too small. I have tried emailing many times with questions, but my emails are never answered. Shipping took a little too long (in my opinion) for the fact that what I ordered did not need to be custom made. I would consider exchanging what I bought for other things if I could get someone to return an email. In tinkerbell's defense, it is hard to buy online because you can't see in person things you may not like. Suzie |

| Im sorry you were not satisfied with the bed. The bed is a snuggly type sack, it is not a tent that stands up on its own and Im so very sorry if the pictures look like it does that. The entrance of the bed it thicker so it makes it easy for a dog to enter the bed and burrow inside of it but it does not have any wire or hard material in the entrance to make it stand up as this was not the design of the bed. As for the shipping time, even if I dont make everything on my website, it says on the checkout page that some items have to be ordered and this also account for the 2-3 week shipping time. I do not keep beds in stock as I do no have the storage room so they are an item I order once an order is placed for one. My store information page and check out page state that we order many of our items once they are ordered and to allow 2-3 weeks for your order to ship. I require my customers to check a box agreeing to this before they are allowed to proceed with thier order. So I do apologize if this was not clear on the website. As for the email (and I only received one), I apologize that I did not respond immediately as I do not usually work on the weekend and I see an email from you sent at the end of the week and I was sick and took friday off but I am so very sorry this doesnt excuse it taking longer than 48 hours to respond back to your email. I have just sent you a response. I hope I can get this order right for you and get you furbaby into something he likes and a robe that better fits

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | I have that same bed and i love it. Try it out for a couple more days, i'm sure your pup will love it. i held the front open a couple times and put treats in it to encourage her to go in and burrow around. now she's in it all the time. Its great in the winter because its closed around her and keep in the warmth.

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | I've been on Shana's site MANY times - she clearly states shipping time and she's been around FOR A LONG TIME - She has tons of happy customers but I realize can't make everyone happy all the time - When we sell - or buy - sometimes 'stuff' happens - it's part of doing business Sometimes we jump to conclusions but I understand some don't realize she's been here selling for YEARS...not to mention a new baby on the way AND it's holiday time - oh and MERRY CHRISTMAS !! |

| We just got our first order from Shana and are VERY pleased...the shipping was VERY reasonable for this time of the year, and she made sure my little man got his Christmas vest before Christmas, even though I ordered on the last day POSSIBLE to do holiday orders! I'm sure everything will work out, I have only heard good things about her site and her products, and we will definitely be coming back frequently! |

| as already stated As I stated above, she has since contacted me and is helping me to pick out a different bed and has offered very nicely to exchange. I ordered in November. I am happy with some of the examples she has shown me as a replacement and she also offered to exchange the robe for a bigger size. Suz Quote:

| yes, she stepped up to the plate As I said, she has been very helpful in personal emails and even agreed with me about the difficulties of shopping online. Pictures don't always show the product to be what you think it is. Picking out clothes can be very difficult too because what "small" is considered at one online store is different at another. I think it is good that we can share our experiences and positive and negative opinions so as to help out businesses and each other. I think what makes a good businss person is someone who steps up as Shana has done. Suz |
