As I said, she has been very helpful in personal emails and even agreed with me about the difficulties of shopping online. Pictures don't always show the product to be what you think it is.
Picking out clothes can be very difficult too because what "small" is considered at one online store is different at another. I think it is good that we can share our experiences and positive and negative opinions so as to help out businesses and each other.
