I've been on Shana's site MANY times - she clearly states shipping time and she's been around FOR A LONG TIME -
She has tons of happy customers but I realize can't make everyone happy all the time - When we sell - or buy - sometimes 'stuff' happens - it's part of doing business
Sometimes we jump to conclusions but I understand some don't realize she's been here selling for YEARS...not to mention a new baby on the way AND it's holiday time -
