| Syd will be 1 year old on Sept. 30. We feed him 3 times a day. In the morning we ration his food for the day and split it 3 times. We tried to feed twice a day but he wasn't having any of that. |

| I feed Daisy twice a day. Once before I leave for school. 7 am. and then at 6 pm for dinner. And just so everyone knows, I've done trial tests for her when I first got her to see what works. This schedule does fine, and she is completely healthy and energetic. she sometimes gets a snack in between the gap. Its all about portioning, so you regulate fat intake. |

| My puppy was born in April 2007. She is scared to eat from a dish or any dish (period) She likes to eat directly from the floor, Recently I purchased a KONG, and I put the dry food inside and she loves to eat from the KONG, see what KONG is http://www.kongcompany.com/worlds_best.html Duchess now loves to eat from the KONG instead of dishes, and as a result she is doing two things at the same time, she is eating by playing, or playing while eating, I even noticed that she is gaining some weight! I feed her what she really likes http://www.omhpet.com/wellness/dog_w...for_puppy.html Wellness "Just for Puppy" Ever since she started eating the Wellness, she now runs fast in the backyard, she barks at anyone that passes by, and she is becoming very dominant, she is really the boss inside the house and outside the house. Her new set of teeth are beginning to show now too. Duchess is truly very resilient now. I have no idea if all of this is right, but there is no sign of sickness, but rather a lot of barking and running and full of energy, and yet she is scared of dishes, she will only eat from the KONG or the floor! very BIZARE. |

| we free feed too. I think its better, just like you wouldn't want to go all day without food, dogs don't either. If you have to have set feeding times though I'd think 3 is better than 2, just give them less food each time if it seems like too much for them. |

| Bella eats twice a day, around 4:00 or 5:00am and then again at 5:00pm (dry food). She's so funny, I feed both her and Lucee (our Lab) at the same time and she'll grab as many pieces of Lucee's food as she can (Lucee practically inhales her food so she only gets about 3 pieces) and once Lucee is done THEN she'll eat her food (which is in a small crate with no door on it so that Lucee can't get to it). She'll get a treat here or there during the day and usually she and Lucee enjoy a twisty chew after dinner.

| Lucy is such a bad eater I free feed her. When I get home at night, if she hasnt' at least half finished her food I will hand feed her and coax her to eat so....she eats all day.
