| So I got home tonight and sat on the couch.... Riley ran into the kitchen and barked once.... I guess he wanted his new Acana Duck & Bartlett Pear! LOL!! I fixed him up a bowl with his green beans/carrot and some CocoTheraphy chips and he gobbled it all down. Something tells me he likes it!! |

| Lol, my dad watched Jackson last night and part of today for me while I went away and he said Jackson kept carrying his plastic bowl over to him asking for more food so my dad would pour dry food in the bowl and he'd start eating.... which is sooo unusual for him, he never asks for DRY food... haha. So yes he loves it.

| Is this something that a dog predisposed to a gassy tummy might segue to once he's off G-I Rx diet?

| After a few days on the Acana Duck & Bartlett Pear... I can report that one of the things I have noticed is that Riley is pooping more. He is going 4-times a day instead of once or twice... I put him back on the Acana Pacifica and NV raw... I am using the trial size bag of duck as treats. I think I like his grain free tootsies much better. |

| I just ordered this for my Toby after reading about it on YT. I really hope this helps Toby get back onto dry food. He's such a PICKY eater it's difficult to get him to eat any sort of regular dry dog food. *crossing fingers* |

| I had looked for Acana brand at our pet food store, but they didn't carry it. I have Brisket on Grandma Mae's Country Naturals and basically have to sit on the floor with him to get him to eat, he likes to pick up the kibble and throw it and then pounce and roll on it and eat it, which was cute at first, but now takes forever when I'm trying to get him to eat a meal. I'd rather him be more interested in actually eating the food than playing with it. I took him to a friends house and he found their dogs bowl of who knows what (looked like kibbles n bits ) and scarfed it up. SO thinking I need to try something else. I went on website and no stores near me that carry it, so off to mrchewys.

| Well I went and did it I ordered the Acana Duck and Pear!! I should get it Friday!!Hopefully Peanut does well on it. I was going to get the Lamb and Apple, but I read that Lamb meat is fattier than red meat! It said the leanest lamb meat is fattier than a piece of red meat.... So I would love to have Peanut loose a couple pounds, so I went with the Duck. Not as fatty- so we will see what happens!

| Is this something a dog with a gassy tummy & some reflux can usually eat?

| I really don't know. I've only been feeding it for a short time myself. Do you know which foods (chicken, grains, etc.) seem to irritate the most?

| Went at home at lunchtime and he again, rolled around on his kibble rather than ate it. Had no interest at all. So now have new food on the way! I went with Ranchland and the Lamb.
