I have to say, the brush worked just as you said, mats and tangles brushed right out and no pulling the hair. I couldn't believe it, Reno was extremely tangled and I would have spent considerably more time brushing with any other brush I've got. Also, I didn't notice any broken hairs and got no complaints from Reno either ![]() I think this just may be that perfect yorkie brush! Thanks so much for the tip!!

| Do you still spritz or dampen the hair first when using the CC wood pin brush?

| I use the pin brushes on my schnauzers. They work great for them, espically Lexi. Her coat is so thick its hard to even get a clipper to go through the hair on her ears. But, little Kayla. There is no way I would use a pin brush on her. I use a bristle brush and sometimes even a baby brush. I would be so afraid of hurting her. Those brushes work fine on her because, (knock on wood) I have never had any problems with her matting. |

As far as cleaning the brush, CC Systems gives instructions for cleaning brushes on their site. But, I'm going to check with them and see if there are different instructions for this specific brush. Cleaning Your Brush

| Ok, So I looked at the CC site... How do you know which brush to get? Its all new to me. I have a pin brush and comb I bought when I first got Lexi, it works fine i guess. However, i do get pricked so I was thinking it may feel like that to her too. She is very good at letting me brush her...So..Which kind do I get. She is a Silky, wavy hair. kind of fluffy on her head. |

| This is a little off the subject but, I would really like to know. How do you get your little ones to be still to brush and comb them? I have a four month old little boy who has a cottony coat and he does not like to be brushed or combed! He won't stay still, tries to bite my fingers, cries, etc. You name it, he will try it to keep me from brushing him. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks! |

) Use LOTS OF TREATS!!!! It really helps, I use the Yorkie Yummies and give one to him here and there during brushing and it is really helping. Also talking to him has helped "good boy...YAY!!!...OOOO soo niiiccceeee"! I am lame, I know, but this is what has been helping me! Good Luck!![]()

IMO, nothing beats the wooden pin brush. If you have a smaller yorkie the small wooden pin brush works great.

Seriously though, if someone wanted to sign up for a CC distributorship, they could make some $$, from just YT members! I took my brush to a recent yorkie meet-up and know of several that were ordered bc of using mine and liking it so much.
