Praying for a successful surgery for Claire on Tuesday! I will also be undergoing a major surgery on Tuesday as well so please tell her from one patient to another I will be thinking of her too! :-)

Dear Mary, so sorry to hear you also are going through major surgery tomorrow too.
We will be lifting you up in prayer along with Claire for the Lord to guide the Dr.s in all that needs to be to get you both back to a speedy recovery.

I spoke with Claire this morning, she is so very grateful for everyones prayers. She said to please thank you all. I was so happy to hear little April was brought into the hospital several times, she got to hold her, Claire's voice went upbeat as she spoke of this, these precious furbabies sure do help us get through difficult times in life. God truely knew we needed them.

Thank you all as you keep Claire and also Mary in your prayers through their surgery tomorrow and through their recovery.

I am keeping Claire in my prayers. Bless her heart. She has been through so much in the past months and seems like she has been in the hospital forever. I could tell how weak she was by the sounds of her voice when I talked to her. I'm so thankful she has been allowed to see April. Can't wait till she's back home with her. I will be thinking of her tomorrow and praying. Also for you, Mary. Best wishes!

Clarie, The day has arrived. I'm praying for you and hope you'll be feeling better very soon. I can't wait until we can take April & Calleigh to the park or to PetEdge. I'll visit you as soon as you're up to it. I wish I could have reached you this morning. I'm praying or Mary also. I hope you have a speedy recovery my new friend.

Thanks Carol for any news you hear on how Claire is doing.
She and Mary have been on my mind all morning.
Will come back later to see if you have another posting Carol and word on Claire.

Praying the surgery is over for both Claire and Mary, claiming that all went well, that they both are going to recover very quickly.

You guys have been so kind to me and so supportive that I am dictating this to my husband so you have news. The surgery itself went very well.the beginning was hard because they couldn't find a vein for an IV and ended up doing it in my foot. Waking up in recovery was difficult for a few reasons too but I am home now...very sore and swollen but happy it's over and now real recovery begins. Thanks you guys for all of your well wishes, support and prayers! And to Claire my "surgery sister," I'm praying for you and thinking of you today too!! Can't wait to chat when you are back on your feet! :-)

Both of our surgical patients have pulled through their surgeries just fine. What a relief! Mary it was so nice of you to let us know you're home and on the road to recovery.

My thoughts are with you. Claire's daughter Tricia called me this afternoon. Claire came through her surgery ok. She said they had to take out a foot of her colon. They expect that she will have a lot of pain for a couple of days. They will keep her as comfortable as they can. I'll be back with an update when I have one.

Thank you, Mary and Carol, for the updates. I have been thinking of Mary and Claire all day and so glad their surgeries are now behind them and they can be on the road to recovery. I'll be praying for a very speedy recovery for both. Sending hugs and lots of love to Claire and Mary. I'll be praying!

As much as I have loved it I don't want to take any attention away from the original intent of this thread which was support and prayers for Claire!
