I am just sitting her crying and praying for your daughter. And for you. How heartbreaking. My dd is 19 and the thought of this happening to any young lady is just appalling. Being sexually assaulted changes you.

May God surround her with the people she needs in her life right now. May she put her faith in Him and give this all to God, as He is bigger than all of this.

Oh Sandy I am heartbroken about your daughter's situation. I can't even imagine what she is going through right now or you. Please, please have your daughter talk to someone at the rape crisis center..that's her only hope right now. Even though she has lost everything she is out of a bad situation and home with you right now..she needs you now more than ever. Many prayers are coming her way from me.

OMG - this world is just getting "crazy"! I have a daugter that's 21 - and we've feared this happening - especially going to the clubs here in Vegas. It's so scary to think that these guys think of these things to do ahead of time. I hope your daughter is ok and that there's no problems resulting from this. Keep close to her - it sounds like she really needs you. I really hope that things turn around for both of you. You both will be in my thoughts and prayers.

OMG!!! After reading your post I immediatly stopped and said a prayer for not only your daughter but for you as well! You both need it. I wish you both the very strongest of guardian angels too!!

I agree with what everyone else said about the counceling too! She has been hurt way more than anyone should have to hurt, and she might bottle up her thoughts and emotions....I did the same after a run of horrible incidents. It made me a very angry and pessimistic (sp?) person for awhile. As much as I hated to admit it at the time, talking to someone helped a lot. Many, many thoughts and prayers to you both.

I can't express the total disgust and anger that I'm feeling about these "so called " men out there. This has to be the worst hing a person can have done to them,and live through. I am so sorry. Your poor daughter,has had a real tough time of it. Get her some counceling NOW!!!! I know that it seems hopeless, but none of this is her fault. Bad things in life can really seem like they never end. Tell her that even though all of this happened to her,that she is a good person and she can heal from all of this. Stay strong,have faith in the good people out there,and they're there...God bless you all,and please hang in there.

That SOB should be strung up. I can only pray that justice will be
done for her and he rot's in jail. It's so hard to believe that so much
has happened to her in her short life. I will keep you both in my

Holy ish....my god. Sending prayers for that child. She sure has had her share of troubles these last few years. May she recover from any physical issues and continued prayers for her emotional state. Goodness. I know god only gives us as much as we can handle but the poor child seems to have a lot on her plate.

Anyhow prayers and good thoughts for her.

I am so sorry that your poor daughter has all of this going on in her life. She should be having the time of her life not dealing with all this crap. Sending healing prayers to her and you.

The results of the urinalysis came back and there were traces of one of the date-rape drugs in her system, even after 4 days. She doesn't want to go to the police because pressing charges would cause several people to lose their jobs and these people desperately need their jobs. This is a small town and jobs are non-existant at the moment, so people need to hold on to what they've got. Besides, there's no way to prove it was him - or any others that may have been involved. And, to top it off, the police dept. in this town leaves alot to be desired. The sheriff is a friend(not close) and I don't have alot of faith in anything coming of it. She just wants to get past it and going thru pressing charges would drag it out forever. She's doing ok, considering, but, like she says, having no memory of what happened helps. She says she's learned her lesson and will never get into a situation like that without having a "buddy" so they can watch out for each other. Unfortunatley, not drinking isn't a total solution because it can be put into soda's. She is strong, and, in time, will be ok. She does have some friends who can be trusted and can see her for who she is, not for the boobs she has. Thank you for all your prayers. It means so much to us.
