New threads that are intended to start problems

I think youre missing the entire meaning of this topic...Kathy I believe started this to make a point once admin closes a thread there are members that find the need to continue pouncing on a subject just to be heard! They will craftly rephase the topic that was closed in effort to bait others to participate in the new thread so she/he can continue to pound their opinions into into the ground!

Well I used to be on here all the time about a 10 months ago then all of a sudden things went "ugly" and I thought to myself why bother- but as I have slowed down at work I started coming back about a week ago- I hope I am not sorry- YT in my opine is supposed to be a community to help each other and share stories and such- not hurt or attack- ins't there enough of that in the world anyway- My boys are one of my sources of joy- they are true friends and I enjoy them-
So far while the question is a bit strange it appears no one has taken it to the level it could go- I hope tat does not happen- I come here to get away from all the "crap" in life and want to enjoy my "visit"- might have rose colored galsses on but that is my reason to be here---

Well, I just browsed thru the thread this is obviously referring to, and you're correct, I completely opened my mouth and stuck in my foot. Maybe they should put "NEWBIE" back up there by my name, whatcha think?

On serious note..I am still sorts new and sometimes take the bait also. I must say most of the time has been great on here. I have found however within the past month or so alot of people have gotten very hostile and judgemental. I personally cannot sit here and have somebody actually defend something thats stupid and ignorant and not say anything. I AM NOT TRYING TO START ANYTHING. Just giving my Opinion and how I feel. Sweetie I am not thinking about you at all. I have found nothing offensive or baiting in your questions and responses. When you have been around here a little while longer you will understand what I am talking about. You just keep being you. We are happy to answer questions that newbies and oldtimers have- that is how we all learn. My concern is those know it alls that spout off a lot of BS that could lead you down the wrong road when you need help.

Kathy, I will try my best to ignore those threads...I'm also asuming that you are talking about my breeder poll being one of those. How many threads have I started in the interest of arguement? Only a couple out of over 4,000. I did not feel that my breeder poll was to cause another argument but to in fact get feedback from people on how their vets handled the question.

No my dear - I am not referring to your poll. Sweetie I think that it was a good idea and I posted that. It was a way for us to get information without the thread being stolen and taken in a different direction. We may want to do more polls on topics and discuss the results. It may slow down the problem posters.

You have never posted anything that I am concerend about. My fear is that someone posts a thread with a question that they need help with or want more information. Our pesty YT problem will get into the discussion and turns the thread away from the original topic. They now become the center of the topic and the true topic is forgotten or overshadowed. That is my concern and why I posted this thought.
