| I hope your baby feels better soon and perhaps it's just a few stones that they can rid of easily. Poor boy!! These guys keep you guessing all of the time...I sure wish they could talk to us!!

| Oh gosh, how disappointing to have it not be all over! I sure hope they figure it out really soon and get little Monkey well. It's so awful to see them not feeling well.

| So sorry to hear you had a set back...poor little guy, maybe he's diabetic...or possibly, have you been giving him Nutrical, and maybe that's why he has sugar in his urine? Sure sounds like pancreatitis. Hugs and prayers to you and Monkey...

| Update... Monkey is scheduled for an ultrasound of his organs on Thursday. He went to the vet today to get fluids because he threw up last night and this morning. He seems to be doing better now, he is eating, drinking, and playing. He has been able to keep down his food since about 5:00. Before he got sick he was eating Iams dry for small and toy dogs, but now he is eating Science Diet prescription food. I can not wait to figure out what is wrong with my little guy. I will post another update as soon as he gets the ultrasound. I told the vet we will do whatever it takes to get him better. Thanks everyone for being so thoughtful. |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | oh no - I hope he's going to be ok....Sending you Get Well wishes and hugs from the girls to Monkey.... I hope it's something easily treatable...it doesn't sound like it could be the food but I'm sure the vet checked him for that right away....Poor baby - it's so hard seeing them sick...and way harder not knowing why. |

| He's not acting sick... The hardest part is that he is acting normal (aside from the vomiting today). The only other indication that he is sick is his blood work. He wanted to play tennis ball with my husband so badly tonight! We are afraid to exert him too much, so we settled for rolling it inside our living room. Since he has been in and out of the hospital, I have been taking him to work with me. He has charmed all of my coworkers and they are in love with him too. Every time my phone rings he barks and my coworkers know I have a call (LOL). He also announces the arrival of our UPS delivery. I told them he should be a permanent fixture and be put on the payroll since he is so useful (and cute to boot!). |
