| I am so glad to hear that Buster is recovering. I hope your mom is going after the owner of the Lab for help with the vet bills. IT IS HIS/HER RESPONSIBILITY for not having their dog under control.... Smoochies for little Buster |

| I am glad Buster is going to be okay. My little 8 yr old yorkie was attacked by a black lab also. The owner had him on a leash but could not hold on to him. He grabbed my little Kramer before I could get him picked up all the way. I had to have Kramer put to sleep as the bite severed his spinal cord. I was devastated to have lost my little Kramer like this and I was right in my own neighborhood only a block from my house. I waited 3 days to call Animal Control because I was so upset and because I waited, they said that all they could do was give the owners a warning. The owners did pay the medical bill and gave me $650 towards the purchase of another puppy. I still have nightmares of my little Kramer suffering. I'm am so happy that Buster will recover but feel bad that he had to go through this. |

| I am so sorry that this happened, but I am very glad that he is going to be ok! I hope that your mom gets those people to pay for the vet bill, bc it is their responsibility.

| omg...I am so sorry. I feel so bad for you baby. Get the lab owners to PAY ALL your bills AND more. That is not right. ALL dogs are supposed to be leashed. Report them and let me know how it goes.

| How traumatic this must have been for the little fella...and for your mom. I'm so glad to hear that he's doing better now. It sounds like he's definitely on the road to recovery! Hopefully it won't affect him psychologically, but your poor mom will probably be having nightmares for some time. It must be a hard vision to get out of one's head. Let's hope that the owners of the attacker do the right thing and pay all vet bills! |

| Poor baby, and your poor Mom!! Your mom must have had some trauma over this, poor woman! I know I would have completely come unhinged... I keep seeing my Angel in the cocker spaniel's grip...sigh... it only takes a second for this kind of tragedy to occur. Hope Buster can stay safe in his own neighborhood from now on. All the best to Buster and your family!

| You can win in Small Claims Court I hope you take the owners of the black lab to Small Claims Court--They should have to pay the entire vet bill. Your dog was on a leash and theirs wasn't--- that is against the law. Irresponsible people shouldn't have dogs of any kind. Good Luck-- You are in my prayers Judi |

| Hugs and Kisses So sorry to hear about the attack. Such irresponsible owners in the world. I supose they figure their dog is big enough to defend himself, but they disregaurd the little ones who can't. i'm always nervous when walking our Yorkie on walks as well as our cockapoo. Best of luck in the recovery.
