| Just seeing this, Lynzy. I pray Mia2 will get better soon! Been to Cornell with my shepherd and they are up on the latest things. Will be keeping her in my prayers and thoughts.

| Lynzy I've been following along on Mia2 and keeping updated. I'm not sure as I have never faced that situation with a doggie before but maybe they needed to do the cysto to get the urine to ensure they had a sterile sample and adequate amount of urine to grow the culture for sensitivity to antibiotics. Just guessing here but that would be one of my guesses. I guess on a cysto they take a look-see inside the bladder to look for anomalies also but really guessing there as I'm not sure that that procedure on a dog involves. I'm praying for your baby and that she can be made to be better, all the better to enjoy that Vinnie.

| A cysto is done to obtain a sterile specimen. That way a culture and sensitivity is done and they will know what antibiotic to treat with. These are commonly done.
