| Eddie looks fantastic! I think his eyes are saying, "What is all of this fuss about?" He obviously had a great night of rest. I am very happy for him and you that the big day is over. Wishing Eddie a smooth recovery.

| YT Addict | Wow, he looks really good! Even with the collar! I could've used one of those this last week when Jenna wouldn't leave her IV site alone. :-/I have a feeling a lot of hand and foot attendance is in store for you. Speaking already...well he has a few demands I am certain! ![]() Good to hear he got some rest and came home with such a good report. I bet you'll need roller skates before the end of the week to keep up with him. Speedy recovery and complete healing vibes and prayers winging their way to you. (((((((((((((((((Eddie))))))))))))))))))))))

| Eddie is my hero, managing to pull all of this off and still looking like a little leading man in a movie! If it weren't for his recovery collar, I couldn't tell he'd been through surgery at all! He looks great, Mike, and I'm so glad to hear he's eating and coming along. Paws, fingers and toes all crossed in our house for his recovery and rehab to be speedy and highly successful.

| Yes, around noon. I used the ortho surgeon that LadyJane suggested/uses.

| Oh, so glad to hear your Jezebel came through fine, too! Whew! Thank Goodness for fine veterinary surgeons. I pray her recovery and rehab go perfectly and she's feeling much better very soon. I'll bet your nerves are frayed down to the nubs! A dog undergoing full-blown surgery is so so so scary.

| Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | Nice. Only tip I have so far is to have some pumpkin on hand in case of constipation. Eddie ate well when I hand-fed him, but hasn't pooped yet. I went out and got some pumpkin on doc's advice.

| Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | Thanks, everybody, for the continued kind words. My current concern is constipation. He's eaten rabidly twice today, and drank water, but he hasn't pooped or peed I guess he peed once at vet office.I put a little pumpkin in his evening meal. If he doesn't go by morning, I'll call the vet.
