I hope he is okay. I noticed Couver coughing the other day, but it only happened twice...

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your little love. I really hope Kaji gets better very quickly. It hurts so much when our babies are sick.

Kaji is going to be ok. His mommy told me he is congested and may possibly have an infection, but he got meds and hopefully he will make a fast recovery. He is playing with Missy, so can't be all that bad.

It's exactly what Priscilla said. Kaji is congested and has a secondary infection from our little trip to the beach on Sat. We have meds for him to take for a week. Since he wasn't eating and one of his BFFs lives close to the vet, I took him to go play with her. I was hoping she would lift his spirits and all the running around will help him build an appetite. He didn't play too hard, but it worked! He finished all his kibble, which makes me happy. He's a little pig, so I worry when he refuses food.

I apologize for not updating earlier. I don't have internet on my phone. I had to wait to post until I got home.

Me too! He's still doing the little snorting noise as he sleeps. That will go away with time and with the meds.

Awww...poor little guy. Wonder if you will get any sleep. I know I don't sleep well when I have a sick one.

I'm glad to hear Kaji ate dinner last night and played a little with his BFF. Sending prayers that the meds clear up that yucky congestion and that your little guy is back to 100% quickly.

It's not contagious. Kaji's congestion and infection are due to him inhaling either seawater or sand. That irritated his nasal passage and over the rest of the weekend, gave way for a secondary infection to make my boy sick. I wouldn't expose Missy to him if I knew he was contagious.
