I am glad to hear she should be home with you in a few more days. I just feel so very sorry for Pixie that she has to go through all of this because of the stupidity of that person. I just can't seem to get over that! I am glad she was honest and is taking care of the bills, but Pixie is still going to have to go through a lot afterward.:( |
Praying for a quick recovery! I remember when my little guy "Guapo" ran out the door while my brother was watching him and he ran across the street to greet a stranger walking by and an SUV hit him, they didn't even stop! I carried him in my lap to the emergency clinic, while he was panting so badly it was the worst. :/ He passed away, but I'm so glad your girl is okay!! Keep us posted on her progress!! |
1 Attachment(s) Look who's home a day early!!!! She got discharged this morning, both doctors at the hospital felt she was doing well enough. Her vitals are all stable and they re-did the ultrasound and there is still no new bleeding. I live like 5 minutes from my vet so if there is an emergency I am close. I have set up a pen for her in the living room and one in our bedroom, I do not want to leave her downstairs alone at night. She is still seeming out of it, but that could be the pain meds. I have never seen her this quiet before. Thanks again everyone, I feel better that she is at home. She will be more comfortable here I think. |

So glad little Pixie is home! We have been remembering her in our prayers and are so thankful she and her mommy are still with us after that terrible accident. |
I am glad to hear Pixie is at home. How frightening the whole ordeal must have been for her and for you. It is probably the pain meds but she may be tired from not sleeping at home and the stress of the situation. I wish her a speedy recovery. It sound like she is all ready on her way, brave little baby girl. |

:yay_jump::love::love::love::love::love:I'm so glad Pixie is home again. We've all been praying for her. She looks so pathetic sitting there with her little cast but thank God she's alive and well. As for the lady with the cell phone. I think she really learned a lesson, at least I hope so. But to give credit where credit is due, at least she stopped and took care of things, alot of people would have just driven away. Anyway give Pixie a big hug and kiss from us.
