He is very small but he has made it this far. Chances are good that he can get over this hump but he will need close monitoring. You may find you have to get up in the middle of the night to give him a small dose of dextrose or whatever you're using and a small meal with it. He is too small and weak now to let him go all night with nothing on his belly.

| Good morning everybody, my baby stayed yesterday to the vet...we called him twice to ask how he is and vet told us that his condition was a little better and that he walked & eat a little. But vet said that he don't want to enthuse us because his condition can change anytime...I wish my little baby will make it and hope vet can keep him with him as long as possible...I think maybe i'll go today to see him so he can hear my voice that is familiar to him (fortunately he already has there his own bed to sleep in) ..

| Awww; I'm sure he would love to hear your voice. It's always good to make sure they know they are loved. Hoping he gets stronger ever day.

| Hi everyone, sorry for posting in Greek, but I wanted to make my advise easier for Alexandra to understand now that she is in a difficult situation. It won't happen again Maria

| Translation of Nautilus' post ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`` Alexandra hello, just by giving the other members of the forum for your problem. I have two Yorkshire 1.5 and 2 years. I had a problem with vomiting in August and faced with primperan just as you said yourself the vet. I must tell you further that the day should not give him any food. On the second day only a little rice (one teaspoon) and if in the next few hours not vomit revive another spoon. The next day you give a little more rice and the fourth day of giving chicken with rice. Throughout the course of treatment (about a week) give very little water. It's hard because the puppy all week asking food and water like crazy. But be careful because the aim is to allow the stomach to hold food. They should also know that the puppies they sell the pet shop in Greece are never as they say two months. The doctor can better estimate its age. Also on the eyes you can try to clean them with the chamomile that will soften and help get the soreness. Once the doctor is monitoring closely, you can be more quiet. Also know that once you get over asking the doctor to give you a multivitamin to give the everyday. I gave them calopet (not move anymore, but has left other court replaced. The doctor knows) and also gave them a little honey every day for hypoglycemia I can not think of anything else right now to help you, but if you need anything send me pm. I am nearly four times daily in the forum and I'll see your message immediately. Maria ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The translation is imperfect I suppose, but the advice you are giving is guaranteed to kill this puppy. What may work for an adult dog will not work for this pup. This is a very young pup that weighs only 18 ounces. It must have food and hydration very often or it will die. I can tell that English is not Alexandra's first language, but her posts are understandable and I believe she understands the replies posted here. This pup is in a vet's care and we are trying to give her advice that will help her. That advice is not in conflict with her vet's advice. Please do not post again advising someone with a sick, young, very small puppy to withhold food and water. If the translation program is wrong, please come back and re-post your advice in English. My post is based on the above translation.
