I am so very sorry for your loss. Despite the best of care, sometimes our litle ones can't make it. They are called sooner to their eternal rest.

I am so sorry that you lost your sweet little puppy. He was so loved and cared for by him mom, and you tried so much to help him fight his illness. I hope your heart heals in time. You will always remember and love your little angel.

When I first registered here, I couldn't imagine that there are so many friendly and helpful people here...

My heart goes out to you. I understand how deep your loss is. If it makes you happy to keep your little's boy's photo on your mobile, you should keep it there for as long as it helps your heart to heal. You are coping not only with the loss of your baby but also the anticipation of the life you expected to have with him. You loved him so, and you tried to do all that you could to help him get better. He will always occupy a soft spot in your heart, filled with lots of love.

I just found and read your thread...and I am so sorry for the way your story ended.... but was so proud of the way you took care of him and the extreme measures you went to, to try and help your little guy....you, your husband and vet gave him every opportunity he could have had, and for this you deserve to hear, you gave it your all..we may never know the reason a little sick puppy made his way to you, but he was very blessed to have found you and your open heart.. He did know what it felt like in his short little life to know what it was like to be wound around a kind loving heart....now YOU need time to mend and heal from the love of a sweet little guy. We will keep you and your husband in our prayers, may God touch and heal you.... Sharon,Joey and Tiffany
