So glad to hear he is tolerating the treatment as well as he is....it's nice to hear that he is running around!! Keeping you, Carlo, Maxine and Marge in my prayers.....it's nice to hear that Maxine is being especially nice to him!

Carlo went in to the Vet this morning for his blood test a week after his Ceenu (Lomustine) Cancer Pill for a blood and liver test. I just got a call from the vet with the results. She is totally amazed, on the positive side. The White Blood Cell count is outstanding, and only dropped a little, and is still in the 6,000 range, and his liver enzyme is normal. He is maintaining weight and muscle tone, still energetic, and doing great. He goes back in 2 weeks for another blood test the day before he gets the next Cancer Treatment pill. What a guy.

Carlo had all of his blood tests done today, as they are needed prior to him taking his CEENU cancer pill this Wed. All of the tests came back normal, so he will be getting the 3rd Cancer Pill this week (one every 3 weeks). He will get another Blood Test next week, and in a few weeks go and see the specialist for a X-Ray and Ultrasound, and then get a CEENU cancer pill every 6 weeks. He is doing great. He has no idea that he is battling any illness.

What good news, that Carlo is feeling so well. Sounds like maybe the chemo is helping? I sure hope so. Will be keeping Carlo in our prayers that he beats it.

Thank you so much for all the well wishes. He was outside running around in the snow this morning loke he did when he was young. We got a nice amount here, so had to shovel a path for Maxine. Now it is almost time to head out and fire up the snow blower. We sgovel a 20'x10' area for Maxine to go over the brick and grass. If the snow is higher than her legs, she refuses to move in it. What a little lady! Now I say that in the nicest way. LOL Carlo? Well, he will dive into 5' drifts. He is as crazy as I am.

I'm glad Carlo is enjoying the snow. Kacee is just like Carlo, except she thinks she can plow through the drifts and gets stuck in them and I have to pull her out!:D
