| UPDATE: She did aspirate the clindamyacin, they kept her over night and we had to pick her up this am and take her to another vet clinic that can continue the oxygen warmed incubator they have her in. She looked at me from inside the little tank they had her in and all I could do is cry. They also noted on xray that her heart is larger than it should be and it is pressing on her trachea, so she is getting a cardiac ultrasound at this other vet clinic. She is 8 months old and weighs 1 pound 8 ounces...last month she was 1 pound 11 ounces. Yes very tiny, that is why as a breeder she has stayed with me. I could not place her knowing that something like this may happen, most people want the little "teacups" and have no clue in the amount of care they require. She is way too small and even if they find a cardiac problem, if it involves a surgery she is probably too tiny to survive that. This is tearing my heart out...I cant even hold her at this time... Thank you for the prayers... |

| I am continuing to pray for Emma and for you. I hope the vets are able to get her better. I can't help but cry knowing as her mommy what you must be going through.

| Thank you again...never thought I would have to do CPR on one of my babies...Had to do it on one of my twin human babies when she was 5...training kicked in just wasnt sure how much to blow in on a tiny baby like that... I was shaking and almost threw her at the vet in the emergency clinic, then the adrenalin rush went away and I just about wilted on the floor then realized I did not have any shoes on!! |

I'm so sorry you are going through this, I hope little Emma pulls through and you can find out what is the matter with her. I had to do CPR twice in one night on my Stormy girl and it was the most scariest thing ever seeing them lay there limp and lifeless. I really thought I was going to loose her since she pooped and peed all over me. I will keep your little girl in my prayers and thoughts today, sending lots of hugs your way, stay strong mama | |
