| As I was going through this I ended up getting a pet scale for Ava at topline Top Line Digital Scales. I paid $50 for it and found it to be more accurate than trying to weigh her on a regular scale. |

| Update on Haley- I took her to my regular vet today. He tested her for Giardia and all the other things that he would normally test for. She tested negative for all of it. He said to finish the medication from the Emergency Clinic just to be sure. She weighed 2 lbs 3 oz on his scales. He said that he did not see any signs of an eye infection, and both of her back legs felt fine to him. She got a clean bill of health! Thank you for the info on Giardia becasue I had no ideal what to expect.

| Thanks to everyone who has offered advice for her. I am glad that she is feeling better too. She seems fine now. I have not had any more signs of blood from her, and she is eating fine. Today she took her last 1/2 of the medicine, but today I have noticed that two of my little boys Pee Wee and Chip have been acting like they do not feel good. Chip would not eat his supper, and Pee Wee had a loose stool. I called the emergency vet because I thought they might give me some more medicine considering what they had just seen Haley last week. They said no, they would have to examine each one of the puppies and run the same tests, and possible could need X-rays and an overnight stay??? I was like thanks but no thanks. Last Sunday was almost $300.00 for just Haley. Not that they are not worth it, and I would do anything for my babies, but I feel like that they squeeze out as much cash as they can down there. My vet even admited that once to me. I will contact him to see if I can get enough medicine to just go ahead and treat all of them at once, that way they will not be passing it around as I treat them.

| Donating YT 30K Club Member | Glad Haley is feeling better. Angel's medicine was switched yesterday to Metrodrozinole and some kaopectate and today she had her first normal poop, so I am hoping we have turned a corner. When the shelter called me and told me she had tested positive for Giargdia, I called my vet and she said she didn't want to put my 3 on proactively but at the first sign call her and she would do fecals and give me the medicine. Maybe your vet can do that. I know fecal's aren't to expensive where I go. I hope they are all ok.

| I'm glad your little girl is doing better too. Haley is acting fine now, she actually is taking over. She is obsessed with my son, he cannot leave her sight. She also seems to be fully potty trained (no accidents), and she knows sit and stay! She also knows how to pick that little green pill out of anything (ha,ha). My Chip has a sensitive stomach anyway so anything could upset him. I think he shared that little ceasar with Haley the other day. Pee Wee ate way too much this morning and that could be his problem. They are acting fine right now. If I see anything else I will take them to my vet on Monday to get the test. It is $20.00 there. If I take them to the ER this weekend it is at least $100.00 just to be seen, $75.00 for the Giardia test, and between $50.00-??? for any other test they feel may be needed. I am keeping my fingers crossed they are fine.
