				   | I am so so sorry to hear this incredible sad story. My heart goes out to you. You are correct, nothing can bring Minnie back but I would NOT let those people get away with this. I am a landlord also, and if this happened at my rental, I don't know what I would do. This is just so horrible. I know the landlord is not responsible even though it's their property so I'm sure you can't have them do anything for you. It's always between the renter and whomever is involved. I would definitely make certain the landlord is aware of this. I have a million dollar liability policy on my rental, not sure what it covers, but maybe you could see if they have some type of coverage that would help pay for your expenses. It didn't happen at the rental so then again that's an issue. Those people need to put that dog to rest. That animal is dangerous! Could have been someones child. Always keep dear Minnie in your thoughts and remember the good times you had with her. I can't express how sad I feel for you. My thoughts and prayers are with you. |

				   | That wouild be wonderful if they were asked to move, but from a landlords perspective, if the rent money is coming in and times are tough. I don't know if they would kick them out. This IS really sad though, omg..........I would be absolutely devastated! Feel so sorry for that familiy. Hope Minnie is in "DOGGIE HEAVEN". |

				   | I just watched the TV news clip of your interview regarding precious Minnie's tragic death. I'm sure I would want to sue those people in civil court if for no other reason then maybe they will learn a lesson if their hit in the wallet so to speak. I just want to say again, I feel so very bad for you & your family.

				   | I am with a lot of people for being against actually pursuing any type of monetary justice. But when it comes to people who are neglagent to their animals, and not even offering any sympathy (be it emotional or monetary) I feel they need to pay. I would of personally been torn to pieces if I were either party. I am soo sorry for you loss. I hope you took some of the advice that others have left on here. I wish you the best of luck in finding peace. |

				   | I am so sorry this happened to your family and your poor girl, i hope you find justice for her... I would take extra care of the house and your other fur babies, my guess is your neighbors might be dangerous people

				   | That horrible what happened to Minnie and I feel the same way (though probably not as much as you) and I would if that happened to my dog (and it could, my neighbors have a large vicious dog that is neglected). All my prayers go to you and Minnie and i hope those people get what they deserve some day! |

| Yorkie Yakker | Even though your state may not have a law that will allow criminal proceedings, you might be able to bring a civil suit. I don't usually advocate making enemies of neighbors but I can appreciate the sense of violation and lack of justice that you feel. I am truly sorry for your loss. |

				   | I am so sorry for your loss. It was so careless of them as pet owners to have a dog not trained to stay in it's place. You and your family are in my prayers in hoping one day you'll be able to recover from this tragedy. |
