I am so, so sorry for your loss. Oh I can so feel your pain. Two weeks ago I too took my senior boys for dental, but I had a blood panel done first to check everything. My vet found a heart mumur in our little rescue so no more dental for him. It's very scarey and my heart goes out to you. I'm so sorry!

Shelby has been so depressed since we lost Ruby. Last night I left her alone for the first time since we got her. I guess she cried and cried the whole time I was gone. I won't do that again. I will take her to work with me. I only have 4 days left on this job.

I'm so lucky that my bosses are dog people. They understand and won't object to her coming in with me. I didn't bring her yesterday because she always slept while I was gone and I figured going in to a strange place would be more traumatic. Well, I guess I was wrong. I won't leave her alone ever again.

I'm so very sorry to read this. My heart goes out to you. I just took Kacee in last Thurs for her dental. Everything worked out ok, but you just never know, I guess.

I am honestly crying over this because I am trying to put myself in your shoes - and the pain is unbearable

Can I just say to you though? PLEASE don't beat yourself up over this. You took her to have something done that was going to HELP HER....she was going to benefit from the cleaning....you had NO idea that this was going to happen....IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT. Please keep telling yourself that over and over again, "It is NOT my fault".

I am sending many many thoughts and prayers your way sweetie. I am honest to God SO SORRY that this happened to your sweet baby and please know that we are ALL here for you to offer support

If you need to vent and let out your anger and frustration - let us have it. That is what we're here for.

I don't know what to say other than I'm really sorry for your loss. I hope that you can come to terms with the fact that you did nothing wrong and were doing the right thing for your baby's health. There just aren't words so I'll shed tears with you....I'm sorry.

I am SO sorry to hear about what happened to your baby.... I just had mine spayed and baby teeth and dewclaws removed yesterday and i was worried about complications too....

I can't begin to imagine how you must feel right now, but know it is not your fault, things happen, and God took her home for a reason....one that you won't know right now...Hugs to you and prayers to ease your pain...

My heart goes out to you as this has always been one of my worst nightmares as a friend of mine did go thru something very similar. I am so, so
sorry for your loss and you were doing the right thing you were taking care of your baby the in the right way. Like they say, it's just one of those risk.
