| Nature vs nurture? Elvis was 2years old when I got him, came from a home where the lady worked more than 40hrs and had 20 (plus) dogs at a time. Scoobers was adopted at 5 months and came from a pup mill (I got him from the pound). Scoobers took a lot of rehab and socialization work with both people and dogs despite his young age. You'd never know now. Princess and Peanut our independent females who prefered men, both were adopted as puppies...

| I have to say my 9 month old yorkie/pom mix is much more clingy than my 5 year old yorkie/maltese. Noah, my puppy, used to basically scream and cry when I would leave the house, even if my parents were home. My mom used to have to take him to another room just so he wouldn't see me leave. My female, Sasha, never did anything like that. She actually takes to my boyfriend very well and prefers to be around him and not let him out of her sight when he's over. Opposites attract I guess! |

| My little guy is crazy clingy. I tell my husband at least once a week, "he's been SO clingy all day, it's driving me crazy!" lol Sometimes he just stands next to my chair and nudges me with his paw trying to get me to hold him. I guess he might be a little more spoiled than clingy(?) haha! Regardless, I ADORE my little man and I'm thankful he loves me so muchly. |

| My jack is way more clingy than my kiki. He has to go everywhere with me (bathroom included). Kiki just stays in the room and only comes out to eat and go outside. When shes done she goes back to the room. |

| I have 2 girls. The maltese is clingy, not so much the yorkie-princess-diva aka Tessa. She clings to her dad. |

| WOW! 60% boys are clingier, I wasn't expecting that. I know my boy is clingier, as I type this my Chibi is sleeping on my leg, but I thought it would be 50/50. That is intresting, very intresting.

| My girl follows me everywhere I go. If I'm on the bed and I get up to get a drink, she gets up and follows me. It doesn't matter what it is I have to do or if she's in the middle of a nap, she is up following me!! |
