Nature vs nurture?
Elvis was 2years old when I got him, came from a home where the lady worked more than 40hrs and had 20 (plus) dogs at a time.
Scoobers was adopted at 5 months and came from a pup mill (I got him from the pound).
Scoobers took a lot of rehab and socialization work with both people and dogs despite his young age. You'd never know now.
Princess and Peanut our independent females who prefered men, both were adopted as puppies... |
