Great pics, everybody! Bitsy, love the horse closeup. I normally like a true black in pictures, but that works well on an artistic level. I even like the harsh white because it gives the sense of wide open spaces. sbyork, I'm a sucker for G-man shots! Hummingbird is awesome, too. I think it was real close to being a great shot with all the different colors in there. Focus is a little soft; otherwise, love the composition! As for sharp colors, I suck at that too. I asked a friend about it who's real good at it, and she said it's all photoshop skills. She knows how boost the tones she wants without ruining the rest of the picture.

| This thread IS so much fun! I looked and couldn't locate my hummingbird pics...I'll have to dig some more. They might be on a disc somewhere. We get the ruby throated variety here...what is the kind in your pic?

| Actually here in Tucson we have ALL the varieties of hummers. I'm not sure I actually have pics of them all. I think the last one I posted was a girl. We even have their tiny little nest all over but never have wanted to stress Mom out trying to get that! Sparklingbluyorkies.com |

| Alright. I've got several from this weekend of the pups. I'm so glad that Finni will once again sit next to Gwenni for pictures. Due to her attacking him over a treat during one photo session he wouldn't for the the longest time. | WOW all the shots are great, Finni and Gwenni are so cute together. Most of the shots I get of mine are by accident cause they hate the camera, yours did good. LOVE the tongue. | Sbyork, I too am in awe of your hummingbirds. I've tried, but they are waaay to fast (or I am waaay to slow) and all I get is a bluuuuuuuurrrrrrrr. It's nice to enjoy yours. Bitsy-I love my dogs dearly, but there is nothing like looking into the huge soft eye of a horse. Beautiful! JMuedog-Gwenni and Finni are always so full of expression. Every one of their pictures have a unique expression. It's so fun! Love your tulip shot too. The bees are out so I thought I'd try a close up of them.

| OMG Cha Cha , they are great pics I have one with bees not not as good, was not taken with the good camera. I was at my Mother's and I used the point and shoot I keep in my purse. YEAh I know I am camera and picture crazy!!!!! No laughing!!!!! I was coming hiome from the store a few years ago and a beautiful Bobcat crossed my path and sat and watch me.
