| For beef or lamb, buffalo , venison etc i prefer rare! I can tolerate medium rare but anything over that and I'm afraid it's ruined for me......

| well done. I don't want evidence that it was ever a living creature with blood pumping through it! And lamb is my absolute favourite meat...well done, of course and I'm curious...what does it tell you about people?

| You should check New Zealand. Every single place seems to have lamb. You can get the stuff at McDonald's out there.

| What's really crazy about them eating lamb in NZ is the lambs are their pets before they slaughter them. I felt bad for this cute guy I saw by a gas station near Manapouri. I was talking to his owner and he was saying how good the little guy was with his kids and how much they loved him, to which I replied "Oh good, so you won't slaughter him then!". To which the guy replied "Nope, we're gonna eat him!" How do you eat your pet????

| Actually I remembered there are some cuts I eat pretty much well done. Korean BBQ. Kalbi and bulgogi, bc they are so thin, but they are still very tender. If I cook it myself, is still do med or med rare, but if its at a restaurant, it always comes out well done and they don't even ask u how u want it.
