I do love Greek yogurt ~ but it gets boring I have some recipes for breakfast wonton cups and mini quiche that helps me to mix it up a bit. I would prefer to just eat leftover fillet mignon or curry for breakfast

| I usually eat peanut butter and sugar free jelly on toast and coffee. This morning I had a Jimmy Dean egg, sausage and cheese on a cresant roll and coffee. |

| I so could use some inspiration and motiviation to lose a few pounds. I really like smoothies for breakfast. I generally mix fruit, yogurt and protein powder. It seems to last all morning then I generally take some carrots or fresh veggies for a mid moring snack.

| I love kale. I especially love it in SOUPS! It's hearty enough to still retain a little crunch if added later in the cooking process
