@*@*@*@ So...... what was YOUR breakfast today?? @*@*@*@ I'm really trying to eat breakfast every day to help me shift some extra weight :cool: But I don't really LIKE breakfast :( Maybe if I hear what others are eating on a daily basis I will be more motivated!! I do love Greek yogurt ~ but it gets boring :( I have some recipes for breakfast wonton cups and mini quiche that helps me to mix it up a bit. I would prefer to just eat leftover fillet mignon or curry for breakfast :D:D |

I usually eat peanut butter and sugar free jelly on toast and coffee. This morning I had a Jimmy Dean egg, sausage and cheese on a cresant roll and coffee. |
I had an eggbeater omlet with swiss. Sometimes I have a BLT...lots of L and T |

I so could use some inspiration and motiviation to lose a few pounds. I really like smoothies for breakfast. I generally mix fruit, yogurt and protein powder. It seems to last all morning then I generally take some carrots or fresh veggies for a mid moring snack. |
