I had an egg beaters omelet with mushrooms only. red grapefruit. 1 light whole wheat toast with brummel and brown .

I love smoothies for breakfast with lots of berries and spinach..YUM you can't tell you put the green stuff in there. I also like cilantro and fresh basil mixed in.

But...this morning I had biscuit and gravy

Coffee for breakfast and then part of English muffin with grape jam for lunch. Not too much appetite today.

I love my new single serving blender ( cuisinart) it sits on my counter and makes clean up a breeze too

Sounds good! I like to make mini wonton cups and put my egg beaters and veggies in it (HungryGirl.com) All of her recipes are WW approved and list points as well.

Aha!!!!! So this is what's happened overnight, while my back's turned.....

Andy's day off today so we've just had 2 pork + red onion sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, a slice of fried bread, mushrooms and a fried egg (each!)

It's a very Happy Hump Day..... x

Oh dear, sorry - I've been reading through your Weightwatchers thread, and thought you might be eating something healthy.....

You'd love the sausages too (I'm not a great sausage fan but these are gorgeous) - we can buy dozens of variations - but these.........they are almost sweet they're so full of caramelised red onions.... x
