We are using the Pink Himalayan Salt now. Just put it in the salt shaker and started using it. I actually think you have to use less of it than regular salt. And if you read the package you will see it is better for you than regular salt too. I think I could easily convert to the salty mission Lisa is on!

It did seem very salty! I'm only using it for cooking since I'm on a mission to lose 33 more pounds. (originally 66 and I hit my halfway mark yesterday!!)
It's been 16 months since I had twins, and I was tired of still looking pregnant and wearing maternity clothes lol, so I cut out a lot of things, sodium being a main one.

Which can't you find, Betty? The lamb/mutton or the goat?

I can always find goat at ethnic markets (especially Mexican meat markets) Lamb is more plentiful at ethnic markets too.

I know poor Alex. God bless his heart. He just keeps on trucking!!! The nurse said it was ok as long as it was just blood. It is in a bad area and I guess the scab keeps breaking open. Poor guy. He thinks he is never getting the bandage off!
