It did seem very salty! I'm only using it for cooking since I'm on a mission to lose 33 more pounds. (originally 66 and I hit my halfway mark yesterday!!)
It's been 16 months since I had twins, and I was tired of still looking pregnant and wearing maternity clothes lol, so I cut out a lot of things, sodium being a main one.
