The fish kinda broke up/shredded itself, which was great. If you didn't want it to shred in the crock...then don't stir the contents in the crock while the fish is in there; remove the fish after cooking and shred on the side; and then add the cream cheese until melted.

If you're a fan of fish tacos, I highly recommend!

MMMM...that sounds delish! I'm glad you posted how long you cooked the fish. I will be trying this one!

LOL, guess what my daughter just got me, she just walked in and said I have a gift for you and hand me a lil crock pot slow cooker recipes book..lol
it it says to cook fish for 15- 30 minutes of cooking time, Cook until just cooked through and serve inmediately.
