| I have never had real truffles either. And lobster mushrooms? Never seen them! What do you think of my theory that if you love mushrooms you will love escargot?? The texture is exact!

| morels are my FAVORITE! i once went to a fancier restuarant in KCMO and had a capo lindo farms chicken dish with guess what laying on that plate MORELS. i was like oh this country girl so knows what those are! scarfed em' down. and to think they just grow wild where i'm from in April/May and down here people pay like $25.00 an ounce for them.... |
