| I think the vast majority wont havent even tried them because they know what they are because if they had tried them their flavor is very good. The ones I always had a spicy garlic flavor to them

| Hmmm, straw mushrooms, I've had those in chinese dishes. They have a huh, soft, yet crunchy, and split-y texture to them LOL. Make sense? Of course not!

| escargot doesn't "taste" bad, but the texture is rough to deal with especially if you are told what you are eating before hand. i'd try them again though. didn't hate em' |

| My Asian market sells HUGE bags of those black mushrooms used in Chinese food. They are sliced into "ribbons" and u soak and reconstitute for like $3 bucks. They are a great value ~ especially when u use the soaking liquid as well as the mushrooms
